Delete your account

You can delete your account and its data at any time, in the app or by email.

Delete it in the app

  1. Open CaffeineMog and go to your Profile.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Your account is deleted at once.

Delete it by email

No access to the app? Send an email to [email protected] with the subject Delete my CaffeineMog account. Tell us your username, and send the email from the address of the account if you can. We delete the account within 30 days.

What we delete

  • Your profile: username, display name and avatar.
  • Your collection, its backup, your tier lists and your scans.
  • Your friends, chats and clan memberships.

What we keep

  • Purchase records, as long as tax and consumer law require.
  • Usage data that is not linked to you anymore.

Deleting the account does not cancel a Premium subscription. Cancel it in Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your iPhone.
